This flash is not at all what the advertising specs say. This is barely good enough for up close snapshots.

Very bad news - avoid this item
The specs on all retailer websites for the DF-183 are incorrect. May be for another unit. Vivitar is now owned by Sakar. Check web reviews for their products. Ordered Vivitar 383 as replacement - failed right out of the box. Check web reviews before you waste your time.
