This product is versatile. I use it for bird watching and to locate lunar features on which to focus my telescope. I get clear, sharp images in the early morning and evening when the light is low as well as midday without any glare. I'm rather clumbsy so I've dropped it several times and it's performance hasn't been affected yet. These are good general purpose binoculars and they came at a good price.
