ViewZ HVR series are standard 8 CH 1080P high definition hybrid DVRs with the ability to connect analogue and IP cameras simultaneously. The HVR ½s adopt standard H.264 high profile compression format and the most advanced PENTAPLEX system. The PENTAPLEX system allow to simultaneous live and playback while still continuing to record, network transfer, and backup.

ONVIF Compliant = Plug & Play
The HVR series DVRs are ONVIF compliant for use with other existing ONVIF compliant products. The HVR series is compatible with many of the Industry ½s leading IP cameras.

Simultaneous Live / Record / Playback / Network / File Copy & Control
The HVR series DVRS support the pentaplex function that can perform all the DVR functions at the same time: record, view/playback, network (view remotely), administrate and backup. For example, a machine that is not pentaplex would stop recording while the administration functions were being performed. Compare to a duplex DVR or a triplex DVR.

True HyBrid DVR
The HVR series DVRs are capable of recording video and data from both traditional analog and network IP security cameras. The advantage of a hybrid digital video recorder is that it lets you use currently installed analog security equipment along with newer network IP technology. This enables you to upgrade your surveillance system to IP equipment at your own pace, according to your budget.

Our hybrid recorders feature multiplex operation so that you can record, live view, play back, and back up your video at the same time. Connect our hybrid digital video recorders to your network in order to remotely view your security camera system via a web browser or via our free smartphone app from any location.

1080p Full HD Resolution
The value of higher resolution can mean the difference when building a case. The HVR series DVRs give the flexibility of adding Full HD to more critical zones while providing sufficient analog coverage to other areas. Scalable system design results in lower costs while maximizing performance.

Remote Setup
Making changes to the DVR settings can be done locally as well as remotely through client software.

Selectable Frame Rate
The HVR series DVRs will record up to 15FPS in 1080p and up to 30 FPS (Real Time) in resolutions of 720p and lower.

Up to 12TB Storage
The HVR series DVRs support serial ATA II - HDD interface. It is recommended to use external USB storage or network drives for backup; however, diverse built-in 1 to 12 TB storage choice will be enough to use in the field.

The HVR series DVRs have the ability to record in High Profile H.264 compression. This is the same profile used by HD broadcasting and Blue-ray. The advanced algorithm used in this technology is far superior in comparison to other DVR ½s who are still using Baseline or Mainline profiles. 2.1 Megapixel SONY CMOS Sensor
ViewZ HD cameras use a SONY CMOS Sensor. ViewZ HD cameras boast 3 Full HD CMOS image sensors for RGB. These image sensors are 1/2.8", 2.1-megapixel (1920 x 1080) and are capable of acquiring full-HD images.

Day & Night Filter
Equipped with a built-in ICR (IR-cut filter removable) and an IR illuminator, ViewZ HD cameras can deliver colorful videos during the day and black & white video when the illumination drops below a certain lux level.

Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)
ViewZ HD cameras' WDR technology provides clearer images and even lighting in applications that are simultaneously both bright and dark. This is particularly useful in areas with windows and lots of natural light.

Full HD Resolution
ViewZ HD cameras feature 1920x1080 (2.1MP) HD output resolution with active 1920 (H) x 1080 (V) pixel resolution.

Progressive Scanning System
ViewZ HD cameras utilize progressive scanning technology which eliminates the jagged edged artifact seen commonly in interlaced scanning.

Megapixel Lens
To achieve the full resolution of a megapixel camera, it is essential to use a high-quality megapixel lens. Overall image quality is greatly affected by the quality of the optical image directed onto the image sensor. ViewZ Megapixel cameras provide high contrast, brightness and sharpness across the entire image plane. Non-megapixel lenses will not fully display the resolution of megapixel sensor, especially in the corner areas of the image.

Weather Proof - IP66
ViewZ HD cameras' IP66 rated weather-proof housing provides protection against rain and dust. This allows them to be used outdoors and in extreme weather conditions.

18 IR LED
VZ-FDC-1 camera use 18 IR LEDs. They assist with low light situations while using a small product foot print. The entire camera line has a long-life expectancy with high efficiency.

Backlight Compensation
Backlight Compensation controls the brightness level of the screen in order to distinguish objects against backlight.

3D Noise Reduction
(NR) Noise Reduction is used in order to obtain a high quality output image and enhance compression efficiency. We offer Edge Preserving and Motion Adaptive 3D NR.

Built in On Screen Display
ViewZ HD cameras can be controlled by built in OSD.
