The newest equatorial mount from Vixen can be transformed into many configurations. You can customize Vixen's New Advanced Polaris (AP) Equatorial Mount to meet your observing needs. Ideally suited for both beginners, who want a simple to use equatorial mount and experienced observers, who want a simple Grab and Go Equatorial Mount. The Advanced Polaris Mount securely supports your telescope fir comfortable night sky observing.

With its friction control system, the mount can be quickly moved to your target object. A wide selection of accessories and modules are available to customize the Advanced Polaris mount. This easy to use, versatile telescope mount is designed with several modules that are joined together to produce the highly portable Advanced Polaris equatorial mount. The Advanced Polaris-M Telescope Mount has slow motion RA and DEC controls for manual control.

The Advanced Polaris-M equatorial Mount incorporates the RA Motor module, complete with the STAR BOOK ONE hand controller. The STAR BOOK ONE controller features variable tracking and slewing speeds as well as backlash compensation and PEC. The hand controller is autoguider ready for great astrophotography. Includes the TL130 tripod.
