The Vixen Optics f/6.4 Focal Reducer for VC200L Reflector Telescope reduces the focal length from 1800mm f/9 to 1278mm f/6.4. This faster focal ratio produces brighter and more colorful images, with the shorter exposure times, than imaging with a slower focal ratio. For video astronomy, the faster ratio reduces noise and increase clarity.
