Problem solved!

I wasn’t sure if butting a new cable would fix my issue, but it turned out to work like a charm and gave my Cintiq a new lease on life. The “a supported tablet was not found on the system.” Error is a thing of the past. (Caveat: it doesn’t include the power cable.) Hopefully, this one wlll last another few years.

This 3-in-1 Cable Saved My Life

I have had my Cintiq 13HD for 5 years. The cables it had been packaged with had been worn out from years of use. I needed new cables and these ones I’ve purchased here work perfectly. I’m happy and no longer have any tablet troubles.

Only half of the cables needed

It seems like the only chord you need but its not. the part that plugs the cintiq into the wall is like 60 to 80 bucks online which is a total ripoff imo. This is also a rediculous amount of wires to have with a tablet i cant even use my 13hd anymore because i cant afford the power chord attachment
