It works perfectly. Serves my purpose as a blackboard on which I can write while communicating with remote team members. The feel of the pen is very similar to using a pencil on paper.

I found the Ergo Stand was very necessary especially for the Cintiq Pro 32. There is so much real estate that the tilt the tablet comes with naturally is too much and you end up ignoring a large portion of the top of the screen. The stand allowed me to sit it more upright to have a more natural painting position and helped a ton. Love it. Its really heavy (60+lbs) tho so make sure your desk can handle it.

Wacom Ergo Stand provides an ultra sturdy platform for your Cintiq while allowing full height and incline adjustments. Durably constructed with an ergonomic design, this stand has a base counterweight, keeping your tablet firmly in place when drawing, writing, and tapping. It's designed for both Cintiq 27QHD creative pen displays, model numbers DTK2700 and DTH2700. A cable management system gives you all the necessary hookups while keeping all wires neat and out of sight.
Note: This stand will NOT work for the Cintiq 24HD pen displays, model numbers DTK2400 and DTH2400.
