The 4 tabs on the tablet that can be set up to your wants/needs for each individual program are fantastic. The improvements over the years (I previously had a "bronze" tablet by Wacom) are fantastic. I prefer this smaller size to be able to easily hold in my hands and move back aways from the monitor. Highly recommend this item

When you are trying to edit a photo using a mouse, you have no real control. With the Wacom you have a lot of precise control after a few minutes of learning.

I've been using WACOM for many years. They are the standard. This is a nice little tablet for just about everything. I use it in Photoshop and Lightroom. Extremely accurate and it has a good tactile surface feel. This is one time where "smaller-IS-better". FYI - I just ordered the wireless kit option for travel. That is another good feature of a smaller tablet and wireless will make traveling with it even easier.

The Wacom Intuos has been a blessing when using Photo Shop CS5 to edit photos. It gives me the ability to accurately select areas for adjustment that I was unable to do with a mouse. It has improved my work and speeded up my work flow. It seven works with Canon Digital Photo Professional which I use on raw images. An excellent investment.

I am so happy with my new Wacom photography tablet! I have been looking for awhile for the appropriate tool to help me streamline my workflow in Lightroom and Photoshop. Originally I was concerned about the possible disconnect from a blank tablet to the right of my laptop but it's remarkably easy! Just like using my trackpad! Recommend the tool, the Wacom brand and the seller Adorama 100%.

7 years since giving up on film I have been mostly been doing PS4 on a laptop, and haven't had the need to upgrade until recently. The Intuos was affordable and is simple to work with, but leaves me wanting a bigger tablet.

This was a gift for my husband for his birthday. He has mentioned a few times how he has wanted this for his photo editing and so I purchased the small, and not to my surprise, he really really likes it. There is a but... The pen that comes with it is not great and as he is trying to edit the pen spins in his fingers. So now the search is on for a better pen..

Great tool for photo editing in Lightroom and Photoshop. Also nice tool for using Rosetta Stone software or any software for that matter. Overall, I recommend this for beginners like myself.

Nice size and well built. The challenge is that if you are used to using a mouse or trackpad, it takes a while to control the pen and the use of the tablet itself the way is intended to be because works differently than a mouse or trackpad. Once you master it, is it awesome

I use this one when I travel to keep the bulk don in my bag. Works great. Not as many pressure levels obviously but it does the job just fine.

I have only had this for a couple of days but have been using it with On1 Photo 10 and I find the Wacom Intuos Photo Pen and Touch Tablet to be fantastic. You can design your own menus specific to the software you use. Though the manual that comes with it isn't much there are learning videos on the Wacom site and YouTube. It is different using this tablet than a mouse but how I use in in editing photos to make selective, localized adjustments using this tablet gives me a better "feel" and finer control over the brush on the screen. Having that finer control in positioning and guiding the brush makes a world of difference. Highly recommend.
