Not sure if the product is genuine.

I bought the refurbished item and it came with a product key which was recognized in US. After 5 days of calling adorama and wacom I found no help and finally I had to change my region to register the product. Also the product is defective as it lags a lot when I draw, the website says once product opened cant be returned so I am stuck with this.Have to say the customer care service is not satisfying either. So please, please don't buy from here.

you’ll be happy to have new capabilities that expand your program control

It requires a learning curve that takes getting use to, but I can already see huge possibilities for me in photoshop vs my mouse. Glad I made this purchase.

Great for a beginner

I would recommend this product to a beginner. It's very, very light in weight and so is the pen. The USB chord that connects the drawing pad to the computer is a good length, but I can see how some people would be annoyed with the cable. So, if you like to move around your paper sketch pad, you might want to opt for the Bluetooth Wacom tablet instead of this one.

Good function, Okay quality

I really like the function of the tablet, very smooth drawing on photoshop and no weird calibration issues. However I've only had this for about two weeks and the pen is already starting to scratch the surface of the tablet. Maybe I'm being to aggressive with my drawing, but i don't see how this tablet could last for a long time for someone who does digital drawing regularly. And on the other hand, it is called a drawing tablet so I was a bit disappointed by the quality. If your casually use it I'm sure it'll be fine, but for professional use definitely get a better model.
