Absolutely love the Wacom 27hd.My main form of art is photography but I decided to expand my ways to express my art. The possibilities are limitless.

I had my doubts about this before ordering it, but I was ready to jump into the onscreen stylus level and there was nothing cheaper that met my size or quality desires. This new Cintiq is a similar size to the 24HD but has a nice edgeless bevel and a sharp display with very little parallax and excellent color accuracy. I'm still getting used to working on it rather than a tablet, but so far so good.

My first Cintiq was the 21ux and I loved that thing even though one of the pixels died, it served me well. I sold that and bought this, which is by far an amazing upgrade. Though I would have liked some buttons to be had in the back, or the sliding touch sensors that were on the back of the 21ux instead of on this remote. I think the sliders were better than this dial, or I may just not have the properties dialed in enough yet. As of right now the dial seems either too sensitive to touch or the points in which you dial, for instance your brush size, seem glitchy and gets confused on either enlarging or shrinking the size of the brush. It also goes into power saving mode in a certain amount of time which can be annoying when head deep into a project. I didn't see at the time of writing this if that is adjustable. Overall the QHD quality and sheer size of the display allow for some very detailed creative projects with a canvas like no other.
