I like the Wacom tablet and this pen gives you the control it gives you the best feeling and makes it easier to do your retouching.? I would recommend this product. Definitely a worthwhile purchase

This was my second Wacom pen; unfortunately, my first one was dismantled by one of my grandchildren. I loved the pen so much that I decided to get the same model again; I am a photographer who does a lot of editing in Photoshop and the Wacom pen is one of my most valued editing tools. Cannot be without it! Pen was also shipped promptly.

Pen is fantastic and but I'm reviewing to say that I have never experienced such amazing customer service than I did with Adorama. Lewis took such care of my order but more importantly brightened my day. He treated me like a friend rather than a faceless customer and that is so incredibly rare. I will order from Adorama every chance I get in hopes that Lewis will take my call.

I use the pen for graphic and web design and love it. It feel so much more natural than a mouse that now when I use a mouse I feel awkward. The only thing that I don't like is how easily it breakes apart. The first one I had lasted me a little over a year and started giving me problems a couple months ago when the tip would start pushing itself everytime I used it. It gradually started pushing the top "eraser" part out and finally loosing the pen until it came apart. I was able to still use it a bit but because it was so loose, the sensitivity was really off. It was still under warranty, but when I called teh manufucaturer they told me they have thousands of people call all the time about it breaking apart yet they don't cover that in the warranty. They only cover if it doesn't communicate with the tablet correctly. So, event though it's not long lasting. I would still recommend it. This is my second one, and if I have to buy another in a year,I think it's well worth it based on how much I love using it.
