The Aptaris Cage-System "Made in Germany" makes your camera suitable for accessories and thus enables professional results in filming and photography.

Exactly fitting for Blackmagic Cinema
Specially developed for the popular film camera Blackmagic Cinema 2.5 and 4 K, the system adapts to 100 % to your camera. "Aptaris" is thereby simply fastened to the camera by means of a 1/4" thread.

Rods above and below the cage for highest flexibility
Thanks to the large number of 1/4" threads around the cage, a vast amount of accessories, like e.g. microphones or LED-lamps, can be mounted, as desired. The rod modules above and below the cage are a particular highlight. Each of the 250 mm long rods of 15 mm Lightweight support industrial standard can be used for the direct attachment of accessories like Follow Focus and matter box and are thus flexible in use. The stainless steel rods can obviously also be removed at any time. The bottom rod module comes with a 3/8" tripod thread for use with a tripod. The adjustable handle, which can be mounted at the top, the bottom or at the sides, just as required, provides additional flexibility in use. This enables also filming near ground level. Access to battery compartment, memory card etc. is in any case ensured.

Many possible extensions and combinations
Aptaris is one system. You can therefore extend the cage to a perfect rig by simply mounting the Aptaris handle and shoulder support module. Additional, convenient accessories , like a cable protection, a lens support or a monitor holder, round off the Aptaris system.
