Wooden Camera Blackmagic EVF Modification Kit Plus UVF Mount for Blackmagic URSA and URSA Mini Cameras

Blackmagic EVF Modification Kit Plus UVF Mount allows you to disassemble the EVF originally intended for the Blackmagic URSA and URSA Mini cameras and use it on many other camera systems. The L bracket design attaches natively to the included UVF Mount v2 components and has 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 holes on the bottom as well as a 1/4-20 on the side. Included in the kit is a D-Tap to 4pin mini XLR cable measuring 24 inches long (61 cm). The Modification Kit's 4pin mini XLR power input accepts 12-24V.

The UVF Mount system has three points of adjustment: 15mm tube clamp for tilt and distance to the camera, NATO thumbscrew (identified by red component) for positioning on the NATO rail which is 5 inches (13cm) and tension thumbscrew to adjust tilt of EVF. Tool-less design allows quick installation and removal of UVF v2 Sled and safety pin prevents accidental removal. The included 15mm Tube Clamp bolts directly to two 1/4-20 screw holes spaced between 25mm and 36mm center to center.

Some tools needed to perform the modification are included in the kit and a detailed modification instructional video is provided below. Modification should be done with extreme care. Wooden Camera will not be held responsible for any damage during or after modification. Please note that some cameras and devices may not work with the HD-SDI input due to signal format variations. Confirmed working cameras include Phantom FLEx 4K, ARRI Alexa/Alexa Mini, RED Epic/Scarlet, Blackmagic URSA, URSA Mini, Cinema Camera, Studio Camera and Micro Studio Camera.
