My favorite accessory. I have a wide array of Ultra Arms from Wooden Camera and love them. I used to hate to attach monitors or external recorders to my cameras due to the clunky attachment points of other arms. The innovative inside dial of these Ultra Arms has made all of my hate go away. The 1/4-20 screws are easy to lock in on both ends. There's no struggling with spinning your Ninja around to make sure the screw is all the way in while totally messing with your cables that you already attached. The silver "dial" is all that you need to spin...it took away so many issues I've had throughout the years. Tons of accessories and different connection points that work with each other...a 3/8 on one end with a 1/4-20 on the other. A Nato to 1/4-20, etc, etc. And the different lengths of extensions make it easy to attach what you need to your camera with the proper connection points...nearly all cameras have at least some way to screw in a 1/4-20 somewhere on the body. I even remove the 3" extension and just use the 2 1/4-20 ends together for my wireless receiver. So many options makes this even more valuable. Very solidly built as well. I've cranked hard on the lock arm and never felt the...OOPS...I've gone too far feeling, but your own strong hands mean your mileage may vary on that. It's a beautiful system of engineering.
