Super solid baseplate for rod setups
This baseplate is great for the FS5. Extremely solid connection between camera and rods. I use an optional post to secure my speedbooster to the bottom plate for added stability in the lens mount. It's lightweight. Only downfall is there is no kind of secure system with the quick release, meaning once you unlock the camera plate from the base it will just come right off. As long as you aren't a total klutz, it's not that big of an issue. Overall it's fantastic.

Although Wooden Camera equipment is often expensive, it is the highest quality camera support gear available. I cannot recommend their gear enough.

The versatility of this baseplate is one of its standout features.
