This product does not work with the system I purchased , even thou Lorex sale person recommend it?. I had to return it, seems to me that lorex sales personal need to be more educated on their systems!!

Installation was easy and the drive started working as soon as I powered up the NVR. It's been a few weeks and everything is working perfectly. Now I get seven days of 24-7 high-definition recording on six 4K cameras.
