Poor instructions, but like the product

Negatives first: the box lists software or cd as part of the contents. NO software included. The instructions show vague pictures without words of explanation. So for the first day, I was VERY frustrated with this product. Positives: After connecting to the internet, the software immediately downloaded and installed. I had a ton of pictures filling up my hard drive. I put all of them on the My Book and freed up lots of space on my laptop. Downside: I don't have internet at home, so I had to go to Mom's to use hers. And again, the instructions did NOT mention the need of internet connection! Overall, I am happy with it.
