This pack is everything I wanted and more. The materials are really good. I think the 21 size fits most photographer's needs. Feels durable and has SO many pockets. Gonna spend hours organizing the perfect set up.

So excited for this pack

After a deep dive into camera pack research I selected this pack and also the smaller 11L version. The 11L version was returned because it felt too small for my torso and I didn't like the way it carried. My experience after 1 week of use in Guatemala: Like the 11L,The 21L is a beast and tank of a pack. If camera protection is your primary concern, with plenty of other gear space, this may be for you. I found it overbuilt, too heavy and lacking features for my purposes.  Heavy material, heavy weight, bulky and missing some features. Foremost among them was the lack of load adjusters attached to the shoulder straps.  The chest strap is poorly designed. It detaches from both sides, which seems to be a recipe for the expense of loss and replacement, and the attachment points are finicky.  The roll top and heavy metal clip closure design  is cumbersome. Didn't fit under the airline seat, too many little pockets to keep track of and at this price, should have include a rain cover.
