Expanded my kit of backgrounds with this grey material. I like these because the mounting system travels well, sets up quickly, and is wrinkle-free as long as you're careful to roll it up when you're done.

Purchased this specifically for a school district we do sports in and the jersey colors are the exact same color as our green screen. This worked great!

It really is a no brainer purchasing this backdrop. I purchased this in addition to the white for times that I cannot get enough distance from the white backdrop to have enough light fall off to make the white drop go gray.

The backdrop was very true to color. It does wrinkle slightly but it gives a slight texture to the photo so that’s okay, unless you don’t want texture.

This is a must have if you do events. Set up is quick and easy.. I just used it for a Red Carpet Birthday celebration. Get the kit at Adorama.

The Westcott 5 x 7 X-Drop Background Screen , Black ( and White) . . . These are the greatest accessories I've purchased in a long time. I shoot quite a few press junkets where you're shuttled between locations to film celebrities , authors , politicians , etc and time is critical to set up and start shooting. The backgrounds and stands are professional grade and made to get the job done !

It doesn’t actually fit the stand. The grommets are off by five or six inches. It drapes on the stand.

Neutral color with fuzzy surface, which gives some texture to the scene. I suspect the reverse side would be great too. Reasonably stretchy. Sturdy grommet connectors.

Had a client who needed a neutral gray background for a headshot, so I picked this up. Worked fine with my X-drop. Would definitely recommend and will also be buying more colors.

When I saw I saw this backdrop was wrinkle resistant, I was skeptical but it really is. The fabric is almost a micro fiber and very soft. It's very nice and just the right size. I like that it's a little stretchable so you can pull it tight and make it flat. Throw it in the dryer and all the wrinkles are gone. It has grommet holes that make pulling it tight a little easier. Or hang it as a big curtain. It has multiple ways of being used and I like it and have found it very useful.

The Wescott Drop Background is heaven sent. it is compact and very easy to set up. no need to tote a bulky backdrop around.

Received this backdrop and was surprised as soon as I opened the box to find that it was a fleece material. Wasn't made clear by the description, which is why I'm writing a review. We hung it up in our studio and did a few quick shots, in an attempt to not be too judgey without trying it out, but the texture is evident even in the shallowest depths of field. If you're trying to use this for portraits, you may be able to get away with it, provided you use the extra length to get your subject far enough away from the backdrop, but for our mixed still/video needs, this just looks like we hung up a fleece blanket. TL;DR Looks like a blanket, returned.

This backdrop setup is about as easy as it gets. It sets up in less than 5 minutes and the fabric (color) can be changed in less than 1 minute. It is very lightweight, so it transports easily but the downside of the weight is that the slightest breeze turns it into a sail. For the price, it's hard to beat.
