Solix LED - This powerful daylight LED monolight features an integrated rotatable speedring for attaching traditional mid-sized softboxes, umbrella mount, light stand receptacle, and tilter. Solix operates on AC/DC power and can be paired with a D-Tap/PowerTap 14.8v battery and D-Tap cable.
Barndoors & Diffusion Cap - All-metal matte black barndoors allow for greater control of the Solix’s output. They attach instantly to the light’s magnetic mounting system and can work in tandem with the 1/2-stop diffusion cap to soften light output.
Apollo Orb - Collapsible 43" octagonal umbrella-style softbox with removable diffusion panel expands and softens the Solix's output. It mounts instantly to the light's built-in umbrella receptacle.
Light Stand & PowerStrap - Lightweight 8' light stand allows for precise positioning of the Solix. The PowerStrap attaches to the stand and secures the power supply off of the ground for safety and cable management.
Carry Case - This soft-padded case protects the entire Solix kit during travel and storage. Case features dual-zippers, shoulder strap, and cushioned inserts.

This collapsible 43" octagonal umbrella-style softbox with removable diffusion panel expands and softens the Solix LED's output. It mounts instantly to the light's built-in umbrella receptacle.
The Solix is a compact and powerful 60-watt LED light designed for on-the-go filmmakers and photographers. The Solix emits up to 2100 lux (at 1m) of 5600K daylight-balanced light with a high color accuracy rating of 96+ CRI (97+ TLCI) and a beam angle of about 120º.
Weighing only 3.3 pounds (1.5 kilograms), the Solix’s compact housing that is extreme durability and heat resistant. An output dial and digital display located on the back allow for precise output control. This energy-efficient AC/DC light draws only 60 watts and is rated for 50,000+ hours of use.
The Solix also features a removable barndoor system for precise light control and a frosted diffusion front that eliminates cross-shadows. These accessories mount to the Solix’s magnetic mounting front for quick and easy modification.
The Solix incorporates a built-in all-metal speedring with 8 standard rod receptacles. It is compatible with a variety of modifiers, including Westcott’s line of Pro Softboxes, Signature Softboxes, Shallow Softboxes, tripbanks, and 5’ Octabanks. This convenient mounting system can be rotated 360º with its rear positioning handle for instant adjustments.
To further eliminate the need for adapters or brackets, the Solix was designed with an affixed tilter bracket and light stand mount. This feature allows for truly effortless light positioning. Additionally, the Solix’s tilter bracket includes a standard umbrella receptacle allowing for further modification options with umbrellas and umbrella-style softboxes.
