I love the color of this backdrop/sweep for portraits. It's light enough to be affected by gels, but interesting enough on its own. As with all fabric made of this material, it's a bit thin and will show the X-Drop behind it. I solve this by hanging a 5x7 black background behind it, doubling up the fabric. The sweep is suboptimal compared to paper, as it can fold and bundle under your subject's feet as they move, presenting editing challenges in post. The worst thing about this backdrop is it comes in a squareish bag, meaning it is stored repeatedly folded over instead of rolled. If you fold this thing up, you're getting giant hard wrinkles all over the backdrop that you'll have to edit out. I really wish they'd provide cylinder-shaped bags to roll the drop up and store it.

Bought to use with my XDrop Pro, this was a different material and slightly different shade compared to the 8x8 made by Westcott. You'd think Westcott would make them all the same regardless of size.

So different than I imagined, but I like that I can use it for pet photography and be able to wash it and their nails can't tear through it.

These backdrops are fantastic! Easy to install, remains wrinkle free, zero reflection, lightweight, easy to pack. Love them!! Use them daily. Wasn’t expecting much for the price. Incredible value. (Quality and durability verses cost). Quality product at a GREAT price. Hard to find that these days.

Yes, the is truly a great value. Its lightweight, quick to put up, and washable, that's the key! Easier to wash than to replace. I use it for T&I sports and as a bonus, it comes with a bag!

I found this backdrop was quick and easy to setup. It's a great backdrop for "head" shots. As it is a light setup, I would recommend for indoor use only but that is just my opinion. Very happy I bought this one.

I love the Wescott X-Drop system. It is the perfect size, and it’s portability and setup is great for onLocation shoots. It saves lots of time. I am about to order additional backdrops as I already have black, white, and green. I would highly recommend it!

I have had the X-Drop system with the green screen for school pictures and it works great. Very light and easy to carry. When I saw the sweep backgrounds I thought this might be a great way to replace my gray seamless. The backdrop went up well, wrinkles smoothed out easily. I did have to weight the ends because it didn't lay flat at the bottom with people moving around on it. Older people would be good, but young kids are too wiggly to keep it flat like the picture shows.

Got the x-drop mist kit and then ordered the green screen backdrop. Green screen is made out of fleece and is at least 2.5 times as bulky as the mist backdrop. Had to let out the expansion zipper of the x-drop carrying case to be able to barely stuff it in the case. Wish it was same material and size as other backdrop.
