Shaft week. Otherwise nice.

Nice umbrella by most measures, but shaft is weak. If clamped at or even near its end, it bends (permanently). I have to clamp it 8" from the end to avoid bending. Some focus to the light compared to normal umbrellas, but a deeper shape would be even better for my purpose. Still, it's serviceable.

I ordered this item along with an umbrella. The shipment came in with box open and this diffuser missing. I notified Adorama the right away and the missing item was shipped out at no charge.....kudos to Adorama for their quick response to a problem.
