Westcott unveils its latest addition to the Flex Cine Kit series with the new Flex Cine Dimmer, redesigned RGBW Stripmats, and Flex Cine LED Mat Kits. The Flex Cine Dimmer, in particular, can adjust Flex Cine daylight and bi-color mats, as well as control power and color temperature, using a dedicated mobile app. Westcott collaborated with Peter Hurley, a notable headshot photographer, to develop three specialized Flex Cine LED Mat Kits for making professional portraits. Each Peter Hurley kit comes with three cine dimmers for individual control of the various light accessories included. Westcott and Hurley also developed a Wireless DMX kit that combines two 1 x 3' and one 1 x 2' Flex Cine Bi-color LED Mats, a Flex Cine Wireless DMX Dimmer, and Flex Cine Frames and Scrim Jim Cine Full-Stop Two-Layer Diffusion with varying sizes. Rounding up the latest from Westcott’s Flex Cine Series are the new 4" x 4' and 4" x 6' StripMats, Flex Magnetic Mounts for securing LED mats easily, and bi-color travel kits for on-the-go photographers.

The Westcott Flex Cine series is a versatile LED system designed for professional filmmakers. This Flex Cine Bi-Color 2-Light Travel Kit features two complete 1' x 1' bi-color lights, dimmers, and V-mount batteries along with an array of essential accessories. This LED system produces an outstanding quality of light with an impressive rating up to 97 CRI (98 TLCI) and an adjustable 2800K to 6000K color temperature. It emits flicker-free lighting up to 960 frames per second.

At 1/4" thin and weighing less than 2 pounds, these pliable LED mats are ideal for travel, storage, lighting in compact spaces, and concealing on set. Due to their unique form factor, these Flex have an adjustable light spread up to 360-degrees. Additionally, these LED mats boast an IP64 water-resistance rating up to the connector for use in a variety of locations.

Flex Cine mats are equipped with magnetic, metal-capped corners allowing for quickly adhering this light to any metal surface. Flex Cine mats also feature built-in metal grommets and hook-and-loop edging for even further mounting and storage possibilities Even after hours of use on-set, Flex Cine Mats produce minimal heat. This allows for mounting to virtually any modifier or platform and for seamless use with the ever-growing Flex accessory line. These lights also draw little power, so users can take advantage of prolonged battery operation.

These Flex mats connect to the Flex Cine Dimmers via locking TE-9 pin connector cables and are powered by the included 26V batteries. This li-ion battery can operate each Flex Cine mat for up to 3 hours at full power.

Made with a durable aluminum enclosure, the Flex Cine Dimmer offers on-board controls for adjusting light intensity and color temperature (when using bi-color Flex mats), along with 4 customizable presets. The dimmer is also WiFi capable, allowing remote adjustments via dedicated mobile app.

The dimmer can be powered with the Flex Cine Wireless DMX Dimmer AC Adapter (sold separately), or any 14.4V to 26V V-mount battery for use in any location. The LED controller is equipped with unique Mat Sensing Technology that detects the connected Flex LED mat, provides the required voltage, and displays dimmer controls available for operation.

It can be mounted via the built-in 1/4"-20 thread or hung from a stand and used as a weight with the removable d-ring shoulder strap.

This complete kit also includes a Cine frame and yoke for sturdy studio-style mounting. The included Cine softbox, diffuser, and grid give users the ultimate control over their Flex LED lighting. This entire system is organized and stored in the included travel bag.

• Use only with the AC Adapter and Power Cord included, AC Adapter for Flex Cine Wireless DMX Dimmer (#7581), or compatible 14.4V to 26V V-Mount batteries
• Do not connect a V-Mount power source to the Flex Cine Dimmer when connected to an AC power source. The AC connection will not charge the battery.

Care Instructions: Wipe dimmer clean with dry cloth. Wipe Flex Cine mats with a damp cloth.
