This 32" Illuminator Reflector is a reversible and collapsible panel to reflect light. At 32", this set is ideal for photographing portraits and small/mid-sized objects.While the color temperature of surrounding light and your subject's skin tones may affect your selection, choosing a reflector fabric is heavily based on your artistic vision. it is only used to cover.I needed one with the zig zag pattern for flesh tone.The solid gold sucks for lighting up

I bought this reflector to have a small tool when I shoot portraits and so far I can say it's an excellent tool with high quality. No regrets. Happy customer.

Good reflector

I have a larger Westcott 5-in-1 reflector, but I find I rarely pull it out because it's difficult to carry around on a portrait shoot.  I recently purchased this 20" version, because it fits in my camera bag (folds down to about an 8" circle!), and it's perfect for headshots.  I have my subject hold it themselves so that it's just out of the frame, and it produces beautiful soft light.  Unlike other reflectors, the "white" side is actually a shiny, reflective white, which I like very much.  This is a handy, inexpensive buy that you'll use on every portrait shoot!
