Delivered in Pieces that you have to ask for each time you realize your missing a piece

Before ordering this I called and asked if the ulite was included and I was told that yes it was. It is not included. I received the outer octagon cone only at first. I called because I was missing the diffuser and received the diffuser just a few days later. Good customer service so far. I put the diffuser on and then realized that the base or the metal pieces that makes the octagon stay open was missing as well. I need to get the base now. What!??!
