Worked great for a year, never moved it. Added corn to it for the upcoming season and the leg went straight through the plastic support inside the feeder and out through the top. Says 1 year warranty on the box. Emailed them about the issue providing pictures of the plastic literally separating at a seam. Unfortunately I was told "I'm afraid that feeders are not covered under warranty for the type of damage you've experienced". So in summary don't buy unless you wanna replace it after a year because they definitely don't stand by their product. Customer services was very slow to respond via email as well.

Bought this feeder from cablas for deer season and there was no hardwear to install lid or screws to put the 2 halfs together. Tried to contact customer support, no luck. Emailed customer support and recieved a message back that said the email did not exist. Bought 1 from walmart last year that had all the hardware and instructions.

I bought 3 of these quick set feeders for deer season. No bolts or screws for install. Some type of cheap push in plastic insert and 5 have already been broken during install. By a different brand with screws you can install with ease not this plastic junk. Do better!

It functions. Mine did last 3 months even with a varmint guard installed. The plastic is not strong. The squirrels and coons had a hole in it quick. Waste of money. Buy a metal one if you have any coons or squirrels.

Great. Easy to load and set. The vibration does reset the clock and clear timers, but wrap it in a rag inside the box and works great.

I have had four of these feeders for over a year now, of the four only one still works. The other three all have water damage to the motor and timer inside. Also I have had water get inside from the lid somehow and rot my corn leading me to dump the whole feeder out, clean it then refill it. I have emailed the customer support here hoping for answers or replacement parts at least, and no response.

I bought three of these feeders and they worked well for almost all and the last few days the feeder motors stopped working on all 3 feeders.I will try to reach out to wildgame and see if they will send me 3 replacement motors

I have the 225 barrel feeder. I have been using it for the past 4 seasons with only minor issues. 1. 2nd year it received a crack in the upper half from a cold and heat cycle during the season, but still usable. 2. Issues with it sinking into the ground with rainy season one year. 3. metal clasps on battery/timer box rusted and made it difficult to open to date - used lots of WD during off season to work the rust out ADDITIONS I added the solar charger ! Best thing ever to add never had to charge the battery during the season. I added 2 stainless steal eye bolts to bolt pattern around the middle connection ring and added 550 parra cord around center through eye rings and supported to two trees to protect from falling if windy or animal tipping it or sinking in the dirt. Last Vaseline the legs to prevent Racoons from climbing the legs - a must !

Bought this for coaxing my property's deer herds up near the house where I can see them. I also ended up with a family of racoons who visit early morning and now sometimes during the day. Only gripe I have is I had to move the feeder out from under the trees because squirrels chewed through where the latch is on the feeder, otherwise it has been serving its purpose. I just wish the poles had a way to set them easier. I cannot always have someone to help me. I had to get a neighbor away from his work to help me set it up right. Everything else I was able to do myself. I would have been able to get it up myself if the leg poles could be set and not fall off while levering it up right. So, only gripes: Poles need to be set so they don't fall apart while setting upright, and squirrel proof lid/latch. I don't like the feeder being out in direct sunlight.

I bought this feeder at walmart for about 80$ and it out performed my hunting buddy's american hunter that he paid double for. It slung soybeans great. It definitely is not bear proof but what feeder is. The first bear incounter and his feeder never worked the same. Only issues I was having was the cheap plastic mounts on the motor. Bear tipped it over and broke the brackets. But for 80$ it worked perfectly until the bear got hungry enough for the soybeans. Lasted all season and attracted a ton of deer.

Put this together and it lasted about 3 weeks before the fuse went out. I have not been able to find a replacement fuse and therefore this product is defective.

Purchased two of these and the timers stopped working after about six months. Called in and the service reps only option for me was to buy a new timer. She even said they know the small square timers are bad but they wouldn't cover it under warranty. However, when it did work, it's great but now I've got two useless feeders unless I want to spend $75 on two new timers.

Leg sections to not secure to unit and do not attach together. First big storm or deer contact and unit tips over. No feet on legs to anchor to ground. When it falls over, plastic motor brackets break and the feeder is unusable. No replacement parts available

Plastic is cheap. Tipped over one time and the brackets that connect the barrel to the spreader broke. The one part that is not replaceable is the brackets. I just fabricated some out of metal myself. Would recommend to just spend a little more money on a Moultrie product.

Simple, no frills feeder that works. However, the anchors to hold the barrel together will never fit into their intended holes.. Be prepared to shave the ends on them to get them in. The leg prices don't lock together or lock into the feeder. Bring a friend to get it set up or plan to hold it up on 2 legs with one hand while assembling the other leg with your other hand. 225# is very optimistic. Will it fit? Oh, probably so. But the weight will shove the legs through the cheap barrel letting feed spill out and let bugs and moisture in.

I bought mine at tractor supply yesterday. I am putting it together today and it is easy and straight forward until I got to the latch. I thought they had forgotten to include it since there are two push rivets leftover and two predrilled holes in the lid. Well i looked it up and I guess this was the cheaper of the cheap model. It looks like ill have to buy a latch at the hardware store. What they included as a "latch" is a joke. Also I see the "D" model includes a gasket where the two halves meet. I'm sure that was just too expensive to include with this Model. It would have taken 16 min to assemble. HA Again. You get what you pay for. I payed 100 bucks plus the battery. It was 10 bucks.

this new hardware won't even hold together long enough to put feed in push pin are a joke wont fit in holes at all had to drill out and bolt together and then i bumped the feeder box on fourwheeler rack and it broke off because it's a thin piece of plastic. my other two are at least sheet metal if this is the new quality you can keep it
