Being a future college student I really wanted to buy a bag that would last many years unlike the current ones I have that lasted at most 2 years before tearing. When I first received the bag, the materials seemed very thick and sturdy. The foam barrier for the placement of the laptop is also very useful. The only thing is that there does not seem to be that much space to fit textbooks and papers but then again thats why it is a laptop bag because theres a 5-6 pound computer in it taking up the space. The straps are well cushioned and should be very comfortable walking. Overall its a great product, cant go wrong with Swissgear.

I purchased this same back pack last year and liked it so much I purchased a 2nd one (first one I gave to my sister after letting her borrow it - and she loved it). I really like the cushioned straps, number of extra storage compartments and the room available in the large compartment that has allowed me to pack clothes and items needed for my short (2-3 days) business trips. As long as I don't pack it to the brim it can easily fit under the seat on the plane which makes it nice when traveling.

I bought this case so that I could protect my laptop but also carry books when I am at college this fall. It is a very cool looking bag and is very sturdy. This thing will easily last 4+ years of college and has a lifetime warranty because it is made by the same people who make Swiss army knives. So basically, there is nothing wrong with this product and with a lifetime guarantee for normal wear and tear, this bag will last for a long time. I would recommend it to everyone.
