For the money it is a good deal. I had some early issues, no support from WenPod. It sometimes goes limp and when I tied to see if an extra battery was available again no response. Also build quality on the battery handle seems weak.

On/Off button doesn't work well, difficult to mount GoPro into port.

Performed greatly. Tight fit on the camera body. Has easy to use tilt button. Would strongly recommend. Loved it so much I bought two!

First this was a purchase for the reduced Adorama special price of ($). Build quality is not great but, ok if you are not ruff with it. Easy to set up. Place the GoPro in place and slide it over to connect the USB. You must turn the camera on first and any other fine tuning then place the WenPod on a level surface and then turn it on. This is only two axis so panning needs to be done slowly. Walking with the WenPod is a little bouncy. A switch in the front by your index finger will allow you to tilt the camera up and down which is a plus. Best part is the monitor. It does take the guess work out of composition. All in all this is a nice little package although there are certainly better gimbals out there for the price this is a great value for beginners or someone on a budget.

This product did not perform as described. I should realize that the inexpensive price was an indicator that it would not create smooth videos using my Go Pro Hero 4. The Karma grip for the Hero 5 & 6 is expensive, but performs well.

Incredible value! The screen alone is worth the price, add a 2 axis gimbal and your winning from there. I would like it to be more compact but can't complain. The batteries alone are expensive though. Motorized tilt adds control to your recordings. The one con is not compatible with smartphones or has adapters for it.gopro and that's it I guess another is the lack of support from the manufacturer. No SW update as it stated on the registration card.

I don’t normally write reviews, let alone follow ups but now that I’ve used this stabilizer for a couple of months I feel like I should add to my initial review. As this is only a 2 axis stabilizer the image is still quite bouncy. Even slow, methodical walking yields a pretty poor motion to your video. Although this is an amazing deal remember, you always get what you pay for, do yourself a favor and make sure you go to a 3 axis stabilizer.

Best stabilizer you're going to find for under $ Video display is a nice feature although the resolution is only 720p. The unit as a whole seems a little delicate but with reasonable care it should last quite a while. I hope Adorama will carry additional batteries.
