We have used this for several years now and those who use it love it. The ones that we have just ordered are smaller than our old ones. This product carries the same number but smaller fit on ears leaving someone with larger ears not able to use them. Excellent product but something changed. Will have to find another product that works better for those seniors with larger ears.

I need to keep my Williams Sound at a lower volume or the earphone will whistle.

These are so sensitive low volume devices work well more bright than any other of the Williams line. cord length is short so may need  a jumper cord. think the company offers them.

need a little boost ?

We use these over-the-headphones at our church along with a Williams sound system. They work extremely well for persons with hearing aids that don't have the T-Coil option. The quality is high and I feel they will last a long time.
