This advanced system integrates the professional WaveCAST Wi-Fi audio server technology into a Williams Sound FM assistive listening system. This integration allows users to listen through either a traditional FM receiver or their own smartphone using the WaveCAST Listening App.
The FM T55 Transmitter, a key component of the system, is built on a professional digital audio (DSP) platform, ensuring exceptional audio quality. This transmitter is designed to cater to those who prefer using their own smartphones and headphones for a discreet listening experience, as well as those who favor a traditional assistive listening system with a dedicated FM receiver and headset.
The FM Plus supports both iOS and Android WaveCAST Apps, in addition to all current and legacy Williams Sound FM Receivers operating on the 72-76 MHz bandwidth. Users can easily adjust settings via the front panel interface or the hosted web interface. Please note, this version is not Dante compatible.
The PPA R38N Receiver, another integral part of the system, features a high-resolution OLED screen for a quick view of receiver status and immediate access to all user settings. It offers on-screen channel selection with easy access to 17 pre-set, wideband frequencies (72-76 MHz). This receiver is compatible with a variety of Williams Sound transmitters and offers digitally synthesized audio for exceptional clarity and stability.
The system also includes the EAR 022 Surround Earphone, an around-ear speaker earphone known for its excellent sound quality. It is compatible with all Williams Sound Receivers and Pocketalkers.
The NKL 001 Neckloop, designed to magnetically couple the audio output from a Williams Sound unit into a hearing aid equipped with a T-Coil, adds another layer of accessibility. It also features an integrated safety breakaway device for user safety.
Lastly, the package includes the IDP 008 ADA Wall Plaque, a self-adhesive wall plaque that informs patrons of the availability of a hearing assistance system.
