This comprehensive system includes the innovative FM T55 D Transmitter, which seamlessly integrates professional WaveCAST Wi-Fi audio server technology into a Williams Sound FM assistive listening system. This dual functionality allows users to listen via an FM receiver or their own smartphone using the WaveCAST Listening App, providing flexibility and exceptional audio quality.
Built on a professional digital audio (DSP) platform, this system is designed to support users who prefer using their own smartphones and headphones for a discreet assistive listening experience. It also caters to those who favor a traditional assistive listening system with a dedicated FM receiver and headset. With the FM 558-24 Pro D Plus, venues no longer need to choose between providing FM or Wi-Fi assistive listening systems, as it supports both.
The system's optional Dante interface offers integrators a full audio networking solution, based on the Audinate UXT Ultimo chipset. This chipset supports both AES67 and SMPTE 2110, allowing for greater interoperability with other audio equipment in your system design. The FM Plus Dante can be controlled by the Dante Controller, an easy-to-use software from Audinate for setting up and managing audio routing of Dante-enabled products on an audio network.
The package also includes 24 high-resolution PPA R38N Receivers with OLED screens for quick view of receiver status and immediate entry to all user settings. These receivers are compatible with a variety of Williams Sound transmitters and offer exceptional audio clarity and stability.
The system comes with the EAR 022 Surround Earphone, designed for excellent sound quality and compatibility with all Williams Sound receivers and Pocketalkers. The NKL 001 Neckloop is designed to magnetically couple the audio output from a Williams Sound unit into a hearing aid equipped with a T-Coil. The package also includes a CHG 3512 12-Bay Charger for body-pack style transmitters and receivers, an IDP 008 ADA Wall Plaque to alert patrons to the availability of a hearing assistance system, and an RPK 005 Rack Panel Kit for mounting one transmitter or modulator.
