- IR+ Control Center -
The IR+ Control Center offers a versatile dual audio solution, allowing venues to opt between audio transmission via Wi-Fi or Infrared. Its design includes a scalable distributed infrared emitter array architecture, enabling the utilization of up to four emitters. These emitters can be stacked for extensive room arrays or strategically distributed throughout the space to cater to various room layouts, including wings, balconies, or other concealed areas within the venue.
The IR+ Control Center offers both Wi-Fi and Infrared audio transmission options, with Infrared being particularly suitable for assistive audio in spacious environments or for secure transmission within enclosed spaces. By connecting the IR M1 to a Wi-Fi multicast router or an in-house network, users can stream audio over Wi-Fi to the Williams AV WaveCAST app (available in the iOS app store or Google Play store).
Featuring a distributed infrared emitter array architecture, the IR+ Control Center accommodates up to four emitters, which can be either stacked for large room arrays or strategically distributed throughout the venue to accommodate various room layouts, including wings, balconies, or other obscured locations.
The rack-mounted or remotely located IR M1 Control Center includes support for up to four IR emitters as standard. Each emitter connects back to the modulator via a CAT5e cable, delivering both audio and power necessary to operate the remote emitter. With each emitter covering an area of 18,000 sq. ft., ample coverage is ensured throughout the designated space.
- IR+ Emitter -
The IR E4 Emitter transmits the audio input from the IR+ (IR M1). Covering a span of 18,000 sq. ft (1,670 sq. meters), a single emitter can be combined with additional IR E4 emitters to provide extra coverage. Up to four emitters can be stacked together for large room arrays or distributed throughout the room to accommodate wings in room design, balconies or other obscured venue locations.
For the IR E4 Emitter to function, it must be connected to the IR M1 modulator. Up to 4 emitters can be connected to the IR M1 directly, and up to 16 emitters can be connected with the use of IR A4 arrays.
- Four-Channel Infrared Receiver -
Featuring a sleek body-pack design, this four-channel selectable infrared receiver offers a convenient channel selector and user-friendly on/off volume control. It covers areas of up to 30,000 square feet (2,800 square meters) in single-channel mode and is compatible with Williams AV infrared transmitters operating within the 2.3/2.8/3.3/3.8 MHz bandwidth.
