The WindTech Acme 3/4"-5 Female to 3/8"-16 or 1/4"-20 Male Adapters are designed to give both Audio and Photo/Video professionals a new cost effective way to extend the height of an antenna, camera or microphone. The PPA Series from WindTech is designed to fit most painters extension poles (and some broom handles) available at most local hardware and home improvement stores.  It has been tested with the following poles: Wooster Sherlock Pole, Mr. Longarm, Linzer Pro Everlock, Unger Pro Line, Lowe's Quickie Pro Pole and The Home Depot 5' Extension Pole. It works great, just in need of some added accessories to get my program up and running better. This is a cold-shoe adapter or cold-shoe umbrella mount to give my flash more flexibility.

Extension Painters Pole Adapter

It took me sometime to find the adapters to use the painters pole I had for my external lighting but these did the trick.

Finally, I can use my Painters Pole!

Perfect and just what I was looking for.  I really like that it came with the two different size camera mounts so I had what I needed right out of the package to mount my trail camera.  Package arrived quicker than expected and well secured.

Built very well, Like the one piece design and that it's all metal.  Unsure of how strong the metal is as I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, however the material and machining appear to be well made.  I like that it comes with both adapters also this is very helpful and for the price - You can't go wrong.

I have an extendable pole for washing windows, and the pole has standard broom-handle threading on the washing end. The adapter threads nicely onto the pole, and a cell phone clamp threads nicely onto the adapter. I now can take video of the inside of my gutters so I know whether I need to pay someone to climb up on the roof and clean them out.

This product is well built using high-quality metal.  It fastens perfectly to the pole I use.  I recommend this to anyone wanting to extend there point of view using a painters pole.

Great Quality

Any broom stick or paint pole screws nicely into my boom pole pistol grip via my Wintech PPA-02 adapter. Also can use adapter for camera monopod or courtesy monitor.
