Works well for Phantom Power Applications

This pedal does exactly what it's supposed to...mutes a phantom powered condenser mic without a giant click caused by the interruption of the phantom power. there's a very soft click when switching on an off but hardly noticeable . Indicator light is easy to see. Needs a vary rare type of wall wart so make sure you keep track of it. Overall construction seems great as well. Does the job it's intended for

Does exactly what it's supposed to.

The Whirlwind Micmute Push to Mute Momentary Off Mic Foot Pedal Switches meaning that the input signal is normally on, passing through the box. When the switch is depressed and held down, the signal is turned off or muted. The signal is reconnected as soon as the switch is released. It has a female XLR input and a male XLR output jack. When no signal is passing through the boxes, the output jack is configured to mute the input of the connected audio device.
