This stylish and durable wall plate is designed to blend line and microphone input sources into a single line level balanced output, allowing for long-distance transmission to remote audio processing equipment. This user-friendly device features a single gang media input, accommodating a single cable for audio or video signals. It comes in a sleek black finish, making it a stylish addition to any home or office decor. The MIPAI wall plate is an independent two-channel mixer, equipped with one balanced mic level input via a 3-pin female XLR and a stereo aux input connected through a 3.5mm TRS unbalanced jack, summed to mono. It offers separate level controls for each input, delivering sufficient gain to drive modern power amplifiers to full output. For enhanced audio quality, a bass cut switch is provided on the mic input to reduce rumble and handling noise. An additional line input is located on the rear panel screw terminals, allowing for the connection of up to two more MIPAI plates in a daisy chain configuration. The MIPAI wall plate features two LEDs that indicate signal levels of -10dB and +10dB, ensuring optimal audio performance. It requires an external power source to function, and all three plates can be powered from a single supply located in the equipment rack.
