This printer is not as good as my old Dell laser printer but the price was good. However, I am having problems with an extra blank sheet coming out each time I print even if I have selected "current page" or "1' copy. I use quality paper but the paper feels rough when printed and does not have the professional look and feel. I chose Xerox because of the great history and excellence of service and equipment, but I must say I am a little disappointed.

Our office is in a converted house that is at least 50 years old. Our old HP laser printer drew over 600 watts and dimmed the lights when it started up. After researching many printers, I found this one which is rated to draw only 400 or so watts. Its specs are fine for a small office (auto-duplex, letter and legal, envelope feed, etc.) Alas, it turns out that this one also causes the lights to flicker when starting, but has the odd characteristic of also causing a brief flicker about a minute after it has finished. Yes, I know we should run a new circuit back to the panel, and, yes, I even tried putting this on a 1500-watt UPS (even though it says not to run laser printers on a UPS), and the flicker continues. It seems that it will be less expensive to run inkjet printers, particularly the new Epson tank ones, rather than spending $1000+ to get a new electrical circuit. There is also the consequence of this being a printer without a display screen to tell you what it is when something is wrong. You either need to use the printer control program on your PC desktop or power cycle the printer, which usually fixes whatever's the problem. Also, getting this to stay in duplex mode is fiddly; several times I have had to open the "printer preferences" option instead of just clicking the 2-sided option in the Print options from the application.

Love that it prints on both sides of the paper and prints legal size as well. Print is awesome and unit is easy to use. Unit is attractive and takes up less space than my previous printer.

I have used this product for more than 10 years. It is great for home use. The WiFi feature is great so the whole family can use it.

This is a great machine, economical and offers quality copies. I was tired of buying black and colour ink for my printer for printing black and white copies. I get more copies from the laser printer, it is faster, and I don't need to run a cord from it to my laptop.

I purchased this printer for business paper/document printing. It can easily print on both sides of the paper and is really quiet. The only issue was that setting up wireless printing proved difficult. However it does exactly what it's purpose is, it prints. If you need a black and white printer, this is the one for you.

Quick printing, able to do double-sided printing. Works well for my coloring pages - no smeary lines like you sometimes get with inkjets. Compact size so it was easy to find a place for it. Set up was easy.

It used to work on wi fi only first one week of purchase. Next week, it didn’t work again. I had to reset and plug it in my computer. Third week, it have never work on wi fi forever. I did everything that suggested on troubleshooting, it didn’t work and it becomes error. I purchased it because it said on Advertising that it work on wi fi and have good customer reviews. It sucks because I can’t return it and it is very new. It is just first three week of my testing. I used this printer only 10 pages and it didn’t work as I expected. First time I bought xerox, I should listen to my friend to use HP instead. I called customer service and they tried to make me confused with technical terms that normal people wouldn’t understand. I gave up their xerox support. What’s next? Fist time xerox customer and last time customer.Suck!

The price was right, printing for my CE lessons is quick and clear. Best of all I can print from our pc, iPad and cellphone. The preview feature allows me to delete pages if desired and saves paper. What’s not to like? This is my second purchase and am very satisfied.

I purchased a Phaser 3260 for at home to have a good basic printer available for small items and I'm impressed. It's easy to setup, the print quality is excellent and I've have zero problems with it. If you need a good black and white printer for home or a small office, I recommend it.

Honestly, I selected this printer because it was on a great sale, and I had a very nice Staples coupon. Setup was just a little bit difficult because I just don't do well with pictures instead of words. However, once set up, the printer works very well from my phone and my wife's iPad. Happy wife... you know the rest!! Print quality and speed is very good. One of my daughters stopped by to print some shipping labels off of her phone and she liked the printer so much that she ordered the same one the next day. She is very happy with it also. Reviewers say that it uses toner rapidly, so I immediately used another Staples coupon and an ink rebate to get a backup toner cartridge for a great price. Good job Staples AND Xerox!!

I love this printer ! I’ve had so many before and this is the first printer that has never given me an issue it does the job better and faster than most and is easy to set up. I print a lot and it hasn’t failed me yet !! Highly recommend

I use the term workhorse because this is what I think of when I watch this machine at work. Wirelessly, I might add, performing numerous large print jobs throughout my day it hardly ever requires a paper change and performs each job admirably and quickly. I still have yet to replace the original cartridge that came with it and have used several reams of paper. Laser printing is the way to go now that it is at a price point that is affordable for the home and small office. I have never been more pleased with a printer, and highly recommend this workhorse.

I purchased this printer as a replacement for an all-in-one inkjet that had reached its usable life. Although it is a monochrome printer it has all of the features that I needed for my home network. I still have an inkjet all-in-one for those color projects but it lacks automatic duplex printing. The Phaser 3260 solves that little problem. It was simple to install, shares well on my mixed network (Windows XP, Windows 7 and Mac OS High Sierra), and provides, crisp, clear printing from whatever device I use.

I wanted a dry toner based duplexing printer which will save me money! Tired of replacing liquid ink cartridges when I only printed in grayscale. The ink would disappear without using any color printing.
