Super Scanner

A beast, flawless
A beast, flawless. I bought cart and 550 sheet drawer. Setup as 2 printers, one feeds from first drawer and second feeds from second drawer.

Phenomenal printer
It prints phenomenal, it's fast at scanning, it's got a touch screen monitor, it's easy to learn, support is wonderful! I could go on and on!

Great printer for personal or small business.
Very good printer with a lot of bells and whistles. The only reason and this is bot against Dell, is the set up is not easy or clear for a personal printer. An IT guy might understand most of the setting. I fint it hard to set up where you scan to computer or open a progam and comtrol the scans. Like most printers i just need to inderstand this one and things will be ok. I am very happy with this printer and would recommend it to anyone.

More than I expected
It prints like a dream. Took a long time to get it to print. Customer service was awesome as a lot of settings needed to be changed.

Hard to set up.
The printer works great . I found it hard to set up and had to call twice for assistance How was I to know what the password was for the admin. Maybe it would not be hard to set up for someone with more technical experience. It definitely was not a plug in an go type of set up. It does make great copies

Good printer, "easy" to set up.
So far so good. Took a little effort to find the correct drivers, but considering I got this up and running as a network printer with my total lack of tech skills speaks to how relatively easy it was to set up. Print quality seems good although we haven't printed anything with major detail requirements. Scanning is also good but I can't figure out how to scan at resolutions huge than 600x600; the specs said it can scan into the 1000s.

Half the time
I have to unplug and reset the computer about every other time I go to print something. It won't wake up from hibernation and the buttons are unresponsive.

Installation and operating instructions needed.
Your product operating instructions/literature leave much to be desired, both hard copy and online. So too with installation instructions. Surely you must employ qualified technical writers who know how to write clear procedures. Am having a problem with the envelope feed. The feeder crushes the last third of No. 10 envelopes as they pass through the printer. Do you have a solution for this? Your product is top notch though.

Perfect - worth it even for low-usage
Perfect! Everything works out-of-the-box (Wifi, macOS, iOS, PadOS; it is smooth, not noisy, and quick to print. Uses very low power when in standby.

Great office printer
Compact, excellent print quality, great printer. Took a while to get scan to desktop figured out and was quite frustrating. We have it wired from our router for a more stable connection. Seems an update occurred and our pc's lost communication to the printer. We reinstalled the driver and it has been fine ever since.

The one I bought didn't have a power cable in it which was a $6 amazon fix, but even with that considered it was still cheaper than others. The printer works well. My only complains are that it doesn't handle paper well. The edges of the paper get wheel track marks on them each time I print and I have printed hundreds of pages and it still does this. The other thing is it bends the paper flipping it over causing you to have to stay on top of the feeder tray outputs so you papers aren't out of order or on the floor. It's still better than any inkjet I have ever used even ones comparable in price. Customer service for lenovo is among the worst.

Excellent printer, but poor manuals for setting up.
Excellent printer for a small business. It would get five stars but the manuals are not the greatest of how to set up. Had to call xerox for help in setting up fax. Need to have a password which was not included in manuals. We are still very happy with the printer.
