Hola buenas tardes hace poco adquiri mi impresora Xeros la estoy configurando por la red e creado a los usuarios para que tengan sus propias carpetas de scanner en libreta de direcciones de Xeros pero cuando busco al usuario donde quiero guardar el scanner en ves de scanner me saca una copia y me sale error de servido quisiera su ayuda como puedo configurar mi impresora esta con cable Rj45 y agregue correctamente a los usuarios a la web. por favor solicito apoyo.

ok, same review as lwils1477, I also have macs in my office, so we can't use the scanner at all. Do not buy Xerox if you have Mac OS!

This printer has worked well for me. My devices can easily print to it. The printer prints quickly and has that nice laser quality.

I bought this product for both personal and work use and have found it to be very efficient in what it does for me. Top notch printing and easy scanning ability which makes my working from home a lot easier than it was before.

I had an inkjet, and I would have to change ink 2 or 3 times a week, and it was slow as a snail. I bought the b215 because toner is supposed to last longer. It lasted a lot longer, and the quality and speed are more than the old inkjet I had. I am thrilled with my b215b215.

I recently bought two of the Xerox B215 printers for the office, I went with Xerox for the fact that Xerox is known for being the name brand in the workplace and don't get me wrong the Xerox is a great printer for Half of the employees that run Windows Computers but for the other half that run MacOS it is a nightmare. As of Mac Catilina, Xerox stopped supporting their native app on computers for this printer for Mac users. This software which allows the computer to be recognized by the printer for scanning specifically, there are some other features but the scanning is the most important. The Mac users can print but to scan they now need to use the apple scan software which they have to put it on the scanner and walk all the way back to their desk and hit the scan button on the Mac then walk back. Every HP, Brother, Cannon, etc printer I've used has software for this so that the computer can be found directly from the printer. Xerox which I consider the name brand of the workplace doesn't. If I were Xerox I'd be embarrassed and ashamed because Mac has a huge presence in the workplace and Xerox doesn't support it. Xerox needs to work on MacOS support ASAP!!!

It's difficult to setup the default features, because the printer is printing both faces of a sheet, even I was setup to print one side in all the setting places regarding printing preferences. In the same time time the settings for email copy are hard to be done.

Fast both side printing. Very flexible to setup. It will take some time but with the use of CWIS the setup is far easy. As a laser printer you do not have the problems of plug nozzles like in the inkjects. Low price per page. Scanning is excellent and fast both with the ADF and as a flatbed. It is very intuitive if you use flatbed to create multipage documents. The scanning documents can be sent directly to the receiver using the great address book, or back to your computer or to the lan. It has many features I have not touch yet because I do not need them. I wish the tray would have hold a whole package of paper but ...you can not have everything

I really enjoy this printer, I work in an office and put it to hard work, it holds up well. Only thing I dislike about it is that it always prints a cover page whenever I print something. Its pretty much a waste of paper. I have tried to get rid of the cover page by going to settings but have not been able to. I tried googling how to get rid of it, but no luck. If it didn't print that cover page this product would deserve 5 stars because it's easy to use. I love the quality of the scanner and its velocity isn't bad. I wish if there is a solution for the cover page to get removed, someone could help me.

My husband & I love our Xerox B215. Great print speed & quality. The menu is easy to use. The ink lasts a long time too, and the printer enables us to save documents as PDFs if we just need to save but not actually print. If you are considering purchasing this printer, we would for sure both give it two thumbs up.

We typically use the word versatile for something that is well-rounded or can do a little bit of everything. Honestly, that's how I can describe the Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer at this product embodies all this qualities we desire as a customer at the right price point. The cost effectiveness couples with how this printer serves it's purpose with flying colors really should be enough motivation for someone to purchase this printer.

I have not liked this purchase from the beginning. I found it hard to set-up, it prints a cover page even though I went to the site to stop this and it randomly, when I send a document to print, it will print page upon page. I can't figure out how to stop it so I let it run. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I HAD A BROTHER PRINTER AND AM GOING BACK.

As long as this item is hardwired to the network it works great. The wireless feature is lacking a stable connection, I am not sure if this is because it puts itself in a sleep mode or what, but the wireless is useless. If you do get it connected, once it loses connection it is nearly impossible to get connected again.

The historical reliability of Xerox printers and the long term cost of operation led me to purchase the B215 over an ink jet printer. Currently working from home and using it for a short time has proven to me that I should have made the purchase long ago. Print quality is outstanding.

This printer is a nightmare on the Mac. More times than not, it will print pages and pages of garbage. Printing double sided is a nice feature, but that means double sided pages of garbage! I've literally wasted reams of paper trying to print on this and wasted hours installing/updating drivers hoping for a fix. Occasionally I will get a decent print job out of it, and it has been OK as a copier and for scans, but printing successfully is usually a one shot deal. It would be a nice printer if it worked, but it doesn't.

If you work with MAC OS do NOT buy this printer, it doesn't work properly. Many many many errors. They are not compatible. You will get many sheets printed with errors.

This printer is an excellent value. When you need FAST and EFFICIENT, this is the machine to buy. Plus, I have copier, scanner and fax capabilities. Xerox is standing behind my purchase with excellent customer support. The best purchase I could have made for my business. When I evaluated the cost of toner and drum vs. the cost of print cartridges for an ink jet printer, this was the only purchase that made sense. Also, I owned my last printer for about 4 years. When I called for service, I learned the company had discontinued support for the printer, forcing me to purchase another printer. I don't think that will happen with Xerox.

Printer works great. The touch screen navigation is a little clunky and so is the scan feature. It doesn't scan all pages into one document. Also, the printer doesn't allow you to remove the ID page. I am the only one using this printer and each thing I print has this page. It's a big waste of paper and ink. I'm using it wireless and sometimes it takes a little longer for the computer to communicate with it to print. Other than that, it's a good little printer.
