I bought mine exactly a year ago and now am awaiting a new toner cartridge. I remember being baffled at first about the setup scrolling on the little screen (for wireless setup, I suppose) but I a cable hookup to my desktop computer works simply. I most enjoy the two-sided printing.

Good for basic home printing

This works via air print and very reliable. Toner has long life.

Reliable printer

HAVE BEEN USING NOW FOR FEW MONTHS. CAN EVEN NETWORK IT.

WORK GREAT

Purchased this printer in early June 2024.  It worked great for the first 130 pages.  Big ugly streaks across the pages printed after that.  Followed the instructions and still no better.  Contacted customer service three times.  They are supposed to ship a new printer.  They were to keep me updated by email.  To date that hasn't happened.  I have purchased Xerox printers for home and business several times over the past 15 years.  Nothing like this has ever happened before.  Very frustrating!

Still waing for replacement printer

Just tried to buy a replacement cartridge for my B230 Printer and I was totally shocked to find that the average price for a replacement cartridge is 200.00 dollars. The criminal part is due to the chip that you put in each cartridge so that the consumer can't buy other cheaper cartridges. It was actually cheaper for me to go out and buy a brand new printer from another maker, rather than replace a 10.00 dollar cartridge that you are charging 200.00 dollars for. I am NEVER NEVER NEVER buying another Xerox Product. PERIOD! 

XEROX should be thrown in JAIL!

I bought this item b230/DNI and have not received it after the November 27 online order. Appreciate any information you can provide on delivery. I am sure this is a great printer, but as I needed this printer sooner, I have given a poor rating due to wait time on delivery.

The printer is solid good quality.........haven't broken down 

Easy to use

Purchased New. Prints Gibberish on reams of paper when I'm not using it. Customer Support incapable. I'm throwing it away. 

The Worst

So far so good. Easy set up, affordable, quality printer. Only drawback is it prints a scanner report multiple times per day and I cannot figure out how to stop it 

Solid Option

It took me a minute to get used to the settings and we had a few misprints but, once that was figured out it has made my job much easier. It is a breeze to connect to the printer wirelessly since I have to print from my phone often. 

Great for Work

My old Xerox Phaser 3250 was past its best after printing more than 36,000 pages so I decided to purchase the Xerox B230. It is performing brilliantly, quieter than the 3250 and working wirelessly is a real bonus. Thoroughly recommended. 

Replacement Printer

No issue with printer, but would like to see additional features on the Xerox Print & Scan Experience app. Would be nice to see all the info. that is on the small printer control panel screen. 

Fast printing

I just bought this printer and it works great. To clarify for new buyers, this printer DOES HAVE WiFi capability and you do not need to hard wire it to the internet. Set-up was quick and easy. I'm excited for my first Xerox printer

Black & White Laser Printer for Home Office

I bought it to use with USB-not wireless-and it keeps reverting back to wireless, which creates a lot of stress.  I just wanted a simple printer that turns on every day and prints as it's supposed to

Love the wireless feature. The printer works great, I am very happy with the purchase. I can print from any device on my network wirelessly.

Wireless!

Great little monochrome printer.  Works with all my Apple devices as well as my Android devices wirelessly. Fast prints. Thought about getting the color version but in my opinion you will never get the resolution out of a color laser for pictures and don?t need color for any other documents. Dell shipping was fast, yea the whole experience has been excellent.

Wifi connection

For most jobs, this printer is great. Fast and easy to use. However, when things go south, it is hard to figure out the problem Usuarlly, restarting allows me to continue, but I still have no clue what the problem was or how to avoid it.

Works as anticpated. Setup was straight forward. Would recommend for an entry level monochromatic laser.

Works as anticipated

I bought this about a month ago for my office. It was easy to setup and get it going. The toner it came with said it would last 750 pages. About 75 pages in, I got an error that the toner was empty. By no means was I printing heavy or full pages, just normal text. I can say that the image quality of text isn?t the greatest. It?s okay for day to day use, but my HP and even much cheaper Brother laser printers print far superior text quality. Overall it?s not bad, but if you are looking for crisp text or image printing, this is not the printer for you. 

Decent printer

The printer so far seems like it is going to be very good.  The instructions were terrible. They were 2 pages of pictures.  If you are not familiar with printers and computers it might be difficult for  you to set up.
