We have not had it a week yet, but so far it has been great! Quality of print is great, bright, crisp! Also, love that it is so much quieter than our other one. We were without a printer about a week and had to purchase something quickly. I am very happy with the customer service I received and the quick delivery!

We just had this printer installed a week ago. We are still learning all the features, and becoming accustomed to this style printer. We already are loving all this printer has to offer. It was much easier to operate than expected, the fact that we can now print in color is fantastic. It is a good size for our smaller office, and prints such a sharp image in back or in color. Soooo glad we made this purchase

This printer is very difficult to setup and operate. It may print nicely, but it's very difficult to get it to print. Setting up the Airprint, scanning, and other features are next to impossible and extremely frustrating. I regret buying it. Nothing like a nice "looking" printer that prints nicely, but you can't get it to print!! I can't rate this on print quality because I can't get it set up!

New printer for our Admin office. Does everything I need it to do. I don't read manuals, so it's taking a bit of time and thinking to figure out what I need to do for some procedures, but I'm learning new "tricks" - the bypass for special paper or envelopes and other things this machine can do.

I bought this when my Xerox WorkCentre 6515 died. It was a quick purchase with the help of someone at CDW and overall it has worked out well. My one issue was that it only came with a CD/DVD for instructions and my laptop (and many these days) no longer has a CD drive! I had to punt without help. Hence I still don't have fax/email set up. Grateful the rest was user friendly.

Replaced my Colorcube 8900 MFP with this C315 MFP. I am very satisfied with this MFP. My experience with the XEROX MFPs has been very good. This is my fourth printer from XEROX. I chose to stay with XEROX specifically because of the econcierge maintenance program and was very disappointed when it was discontinued shortly after i purchased this MFP

Purchased a month ago. Initial set-up was pretty straight forward although there was a small problem getting the scanner to work. Called xerox and it was resolved within 30 minutes.

I really like my new Xerox C315 with one exception - the output of the printer is on the back side. My old printer output in the front and it was so convenient for me to just turn in my chair and retrieve my copies. I need to stand up from my chair to remove the copies on this one. Yes, I probably need the exercise of getting up and down but the front output is so much more convenient. This is my reason for a 4 star overall rating and a 3 star of ease of use.

I bought this printer back in Nov 22 so I have had it now over a year. No issues at all. It is a real work horse! Prints fast, easy to scan documents (either on tray or auto feed). Ink refills are not cheap but then not many are for quality printers. I would definitely recommend!

I've had this printer for a little over a month and it does a great job printing. Very quick, very good quality in both text and images. Sure wish it had come with an owners manual. It's available on line but quite difficult to locate. I'm still struggling with printing legal size documents. Wish there was better documentation for this.

I bought this printer to gain color and double sided printing capacity, replacing a Xerox printer without these features, though it served me well. This printer is bulky and the paper output is inconveniently located in the back, out of reach. It was not "plug and play" ready, required configuration that the Xerox software doesn't really help with and I still can't figure out how to print a "start page" that was required if I was going to get the Loyalty discount, which was limited insofar as submission was required. I think there are other brands in this price range that deserve your attention.

I bought this in mid-November, 2023, and the buying experience was great. My salesperson was very informative, and walked me through all the steps to purchase the right size printer. Unfortunately, it was not simple to install, event though I followed the instructions. After about 2.5 hours of frustration, I called the CDW Support Line and the next day, I had 1 hour of professional assistance, including a remote session of the CDW professional controlling my computer. Neither of us could get the printer to print black. The other 3 colors would print, but no black. So, I had no choice but to send it back. I'm very frustrated with my experience.

Sadly, Xerox has produced a printer that sounds great, looks good and print quality is good if it will print. Just make sure you research online the 126.11A Error Code for C315 Xerox Printer and review the remarks of customers. Xerox has decided to mark the price down and sell the C315 despite repeated 126.11A Errors that it just STOPS functioning. Prior to retiring we have owned several Xerox lasers both B/W and color printers for our business, i.e., large, multi-function, multi-sorters, like those used in copier stores that were far more expensive. Prior to purchasing we wish we had known about the 126.11A Error that causes the printer to just STOP. You can unplug, wait a bit, go thru the time consuming resetting process and attempt starting it again for a few prints if you are lucky, but it STOPS repeatedly again and again when it goes to idle mode or "rest." After only a few days we made less than 250 prints/copies with many of those tests to get it working over and over. Additionally, the scanning function is time consuming and challenging to use with iPads and iPhones. There is nothing in the advertisement that indicates to scan any document these Apple products are not compatible without going thru time consuming procedures using a special USB flash drive or a compatible device inserted into your iPad, or iPhone for each scan. If you decide to purchase a C315 anyway, make sure you save all the boxing or you won't be able to return a broken machine and there are time limits. The C315 is not shipped by Xerox, apparently sales and shipping are contracted out to a subcontractor although the box is marked XEROX. (I rated the speed very low because it was not functioning most of the time.)
