Kofax VRS technology is built-in to the scanner driver to help make your scans as perfect as they can be. VRS eliminates the need to rescan with automatic cropping, straightening, brightness control and edge clean-up. The scanner also features search PDF for finding your scanned documents easily and quickly. Another helpful feature of the Card Scanner 200 would be the NewSoft Presto! BizCard. This tool converts contact information on business cards into a convenient, searchable, digital database that can be synchronized between PCs, notebooks, PDAs and PIMs.

Other user-friendly aspects of the scanner include Visioneer OneTouch and AutoLaunch. OneTouch allows you to scan document information directly to BizCard, PaperPort, email, Word, your printer, or to a file. AutoLaunch enables immediate scanning when the document is inserted into the scanner.
