Xerox C235 Color Laser Multifunction Printer with Ink Pack

I've had this printer for a month. Some features are not available which I don't like. It also said the ink it came with prints 500 pages and I have barely printed 40 and it's out of ink. For a 500.00 printer it should come with full ink the max 3000 pages and actually print that amount of pages. It also said memory low and unable to make 8 copies of a document like what?

I bought this hoping to replace an HP. It took over 2 hours to install this printer with numerous failures and restarts. Windows Update did not recognize the installation (for driver update) and driver update in the device manager was grayed out (unavail). 2 hours later, several of the applications such as print (from xerox print/scan exp) still don't work and reinstalling, the XPSExp doesn't recognize/find my printer for the IPP driver. I don't have enough experience with this printer to comment on quality, speed or ink value but so far, this is the most cumbersome installation of ANY device since I've owned a computer (c.1989). Trying to print from USB is also problematic as there's no way to scale a pdf that was not created in the same format (ie a document for 8.5 x14 will simply print off the page rather than scaling to fit 8.5x11). As much of a hassle as it will be, I'm considering returning the product.

Three years in the field and I've yet to see a C235 go down mid-shift - the engine is built to a 40,000 page monthly duty cycle and it consistently outperforms that spec in real workgroup deployments. Fuser reliability and feed consistency are where budget MFPs typically fall apart, and this device holds the line on both without requiring the kind of preventive maintenance cadence that drives up total cost of ownership. For the price bracket, the mechanical dependability is genuinely impressive.

My Xerox printer noted that yellow was low. I ordered, understanding that CDW would supply it. Still looking for it to arrive. The quality items shown here represent my expectations when the new yellow toner is delivered.

I was very impressed with the ease of the set up with the xerox printer. Connected to my phone so easy so printing from my phone is so easy. I am pleased with how it printed. Also i am pleased with the copies. I have no complaints about this product!

So far I love everything about this printer except for the price of the toner. The cheap off brand that I can find is $55 per cartridge and this takes 4 cartridges then another at least $18 for a waste cartridge. That adds up quickly when you print as many things as I do. So far I have had only 2 issues of it printing 1 was it was out of paper and the other my phone had connected to the neighbors wifi ??. This was easy to set up using the app I can print from my phone or computer I have printed double sided, single sided, in color, just black and white, a single page by itself, or using the tray, copied through the top and on the glass and everything has been great. If the price of toner would come down it would be perfect. I have already had to replace the black toner since getting this a month ago. The good is that the colors are separate so if one goes out I can replace that color instead of all of them. The bad again is the price of toner cartridges. I also see some places recycle them so that should help keep them from landfills if they are utilized.

I've been using the Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer for a while now and I'm really impressed with its performance. If you work for yourself or at home, this might be a great option for you. It has many features that you can utilize, but be advised that connectivity and getting this machine up and running has been such a pain in the neck. That is the reason for the two stars.

This printer is an amazing asset to a home office or at work! The color printing is very high quality and clear, so the output from the printer is excellent for work and professional settings. I found the setup to be a little bit intimidating, but there is an app that walks you through each step of the process and makes getting started and connected to wifi clearly laid out.

We bought this printer for our new church. It works well and functions as advertised/expected. The only real issue was the setup. Loading the drivers and connecting to the wifi weren't as simple as previous printers we have used.

Great multitasking printer. This is larger than a regular printer, its great for our classroom. It has plenty of ink. It was easy to set up, and has many useful features that can be accessed on its touch screen. I like that the ink came included with the printer, so it was ready to use. I think its great for a small business or classrooms.

I love this printer! It was a little difficult setting up, but that is not because of the copier, it is was user error lol. It makes great copies that show every color brightly. It's fast! Great to use for personal or business.

This multifunction printer has so many amazing features it's incredible. The color prints are of outstanding quality and the fax works seamlessly. Additionally, the network connectivity works perfectly and the cost per print is so reasonable. Amazing the quality of the prints even on basic printer paper. I also made mate stickers and absolutely no streaking, no lines, perfect images each time the printer prints fast double-sided. You can create so much for a small business, even a large-based office. This printer is a powerhouse and can get the job done. Every print is quality, even black and white. The variation prints very clean and crisp images. Easy to use setup and get going. It is a bit larger but not as bulky as a full-size printer that needs its own base and stand. This can still easily fit on a desktop. I'd highly suggest this for all home businesses

This printer was so easy to set up. 10 out of 10 on the ease of set up. Plug it in, create user, connect to WiFi and it's ready to go! Comes with ink to get you started. It's not too big, bigger than our old printer and with more heft, but not monstrously huge. Still fits on the corner of our L-shaped desk. Looks and feels like a quality machine that will last. Love that it has a touch screen as well. As for the meat and potatoes of this review, I have no complaints as to how the printer actually prints. Our old printer was extremely slow, it could take minutes to print a page or two (yes, seriously), but not this printer! It's fast when it comes to printing what you need. Done printing quickly. No standing around waiting for your pages to print. No setting up a print job, going to do another task, and then coming back to find it's still printing. Hit copy or print and you won't have to wait around, unless you're printing 50 pages. It's so quick, easy to use, and just an all around convenient printer.

I have always wanted to purchase a Xerox printer but could never justify the price so getting this is such a blessing! I am obsessed with it. I love how fast it prints everything and the quality of the images are immaculate. The set up is so simple and easy to do and I love how big the toners are for the machine, meaning I can print all my anchor charts in color for my students. This will make prepping for seasons and fun colorful activities, so easy and painless. I have used the scanning tool a few times and love how quickly I can access my pages on my phone or computer.

The xerox printer have a perfect size for a small office. The design look nice. Easy to install. You can download the app for an easy installation. The ink quality is amazing and the price is a little bit high but it's ok for the amount of copies you can make with one cartridge. The copies quality are great. My husband works from home and it's a perfect addition to the office. Print very fast. I'm using for a week and it's work nice.

Wow! This printer was very user friendly to set up. Very easy to use. I love how easy it was to set up on the computer and on my iPhone. There's videos on the website and on the printer itself. After years of being so frustrated trying to connect printers to WiFi, this was a breeze! So easy. The quality is insane! I say this was well worth the cost.
