Pretty Great Drum Kit!

I love this kit so much! It's fun to play and practice on and has wonderful sound, I can't even hear the pads. The only problem is the construction. I find myself usually adjusting the snare because it keeps sliding down, same with the hihat. The cymbals aren't much of a problem, the wing nuts keep getting loosened(I have them loose already for better playablity). Overall, it's a great kit.

Own the DTX430 Series

I decided to change from acoustic to electronic drums because of my age and all the stuff you have to lug around to gigs with an acoustic set. At 1st I was thrown off by the size of the pads but after sitting down and playing them I was really suprised.This is a great set for any venue as long as you have the proper amplification.I use a Peavey 2800 power amp with a graphic and effects.I would recommend this series to anyone who wants to make the switch.

The Yamaha DTX450K Electronic Drum Kit includes the new TP70S snare pad that allows playing snare head, open rimshot and closed rimshot voices in each of the three zones for more musical expression. Your feet will appreciate the genuine Yamaha bass drum pedal that provides authentic feel for the kick drum and the HH65 adjustable hi-hat controller pedal. Three 10" cymbals are mounted to chrome cymbal stands on a steel rack system to provide a solid foundation for your rhythm sessions. The high-quality drum voices are taken from Yamaha's DTX900/700/500 series and DTX-MULTI 12 and you can customize the entire kit anytime you want to try a different set of sounds.
