Yamaha YHT-399U 5.1-Channel Home Theater System, 8" 100W Active Subwoofer, Discrete Amplifier Technology

The Yamaha YHT-399U 5.1-Channel Home Theater in a Box includes front and surround speakers, as well as a center speaker and an active subwoofer. The system features discrete amplifier technology and up to 100W of power per channel. It's compatible with both Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD audio decoding. Plus, all channels are equipped with 192 kHz / 24-bit Burr Brown DACs, as well as low jitter PLL circuitry for optimized sound imaging. The YHT-399U features four HDMI inputs and an HDMI output that support 4K pass-through, 3D pass-through and CEC functionality.
The YHT-399U has a variety of other connectivity options. There are multiple analog video and audio connections, as well as dual optical and coaxial digital audio inputs. There is also a front panel USB port where you can hook-up your iPod, iPhone, iPad, USB thumb drive, or other USB-equipped digital music player. The USB port supports charging of your iPod, iPhone or iPad as well. There's also a multi-language color on-screen display that makes it easy to see the system settings.

The YHT-399U is equipped with AM/FM radio and 40-station presets. It features a compressed music enhancer as well, which improves the sound quality of MP3 files and other compressed music files. The integrated subwoofer output features phase select and the receiver also supports nine selectable subwoofer crossover frequencies. Plus, the YHT-399U affords YPAO sound optimization for automatic speaker setup. There are also multiple SCENE buttons. And, it even features an Eco-mode for energy conservation.
