Good looking, nice presentation and size. Easy installation but in order to obtain a decent sound needed to raise gain to the top. Good enough for me but a deep bass sound lover will be disappointed

This subwoofer is easy to use for a small room and is a good volume in general. It is fine for all applications.

I added the Sub for my music listening pleasure because I did not have one. It has added smooth tight bass and increased my enjoyment of my favorite bands. Classic Rock, Jazz Fusion, Jazz, Funk, Blues, Classical; it all sound better with the sub. The bonus is that it works well for watching movies and tv. I have never been disappointed with anything Yamaha makes and would highly recommend their products for your audio system. You will thank yourself and your ears will thank you too.

I wanted a basic sub that was well made and easy to use. Even at a low level, you can tell its working well. Ive never really gotten it past 4 or 5, but Im pretty sure the people under me would know about it :)

I bought this subwoofer to extend the range of my home audio system, which includes a pair of bookshelf main speakers and a pair of surround speakers. I set up the sub channel crossover in my receiver to include some of the low end that was going to my main speakers. I was very pleased with the result. The sub has a very clean, unmuddied sound with distinct notes, adding considerable depth to the sound field and enhancing my listening experience. My only complaint-and it's a minor one-is that the amplifier in the sub produces a little bit of noise, which I can't hear when I'm listening to the system. Overall, this sub is a good buy.

Easily paired with my MusicCast receiver and works nicely in my 5.1 wired system. Running McIntosh center and front speakers it rounds out the sound nicely.

I use the sub 100 paired with two MusicCast 50 speakers but every time I establish the connection to play music I don't fell the deep bass-I have to hard reset the Sub 100-that is not good and not reliable at all!

Just got this baby and believe me bass is really impressive with this sub, pair it with my AV Receiver and my room is filled with bass all the time I love it, PS4, Movies and TV sound with deep bass, like it was meant to be,
