Yamaha NX-50 Premium PC Speaker, Pair, Black

Bought one unit for TV and added a Yamaha subwoofer- sounds great. Bought a second unit to use with a Windows PC, no subwoofer, but still sounds like the best thing I've ever heard with a PC.

For a small speaker they pack a load sound and are very good sounding. I would recommend them.

This delivers great sound in a small footprint. I bought it for my desktop but plug in my laptop occasionally through the second input (main reason I liked this model) and use it that way too. I especially like the auto power on/off.

These amazing speakers replaced my three piece system that was old and no longer satisfying to listen to. In addition use normal computer use, I, as a newish musician, wished for better sound reproduction for music. I looked at a number of systems within my budget and then ordered these based on brand name Yamaha. I have some Yamaha audio components and have heard Yamaha guitars so I just ordered them. Wow! These are splendid and reproduce amazingly well and compete with others costing at least two to three times as much. Great clarity and value. Thank you again Yamaha!

I replaced a system used for my desktop with these speakers and was blown away by their clarity, power and medium room filling sound. Great value for sure. They are solidly put together and have a quality feel. No disappointment whatsoever. As a musician too I appreciate their accuracy and sound field. They have an input from a second device as well as a headphone jack on the front.

I bought these for my Laptop which doubles as my desktop PC, due to it sitting on my desk. I also own the Yamaha YST-MS50's. Actually owned 3 sets of them but gave two away to friends because it is better to give than receive. (Man do I wish they still made them!) Considering I've had them since 2000 and they are still rocking my guess is these will be of same quality I've come to expect from Yamaha. My experience w Yamaha is they are a top notch speaker at a not so top of the line price. For the size they do not disappoint. Crisp, Clear sound. More than loud enough, understanding they are not made to rock the house. Another use would be to put on a shelf and plug your mp3 player into the aux and you have a nice mini stereo for your room.
