I am not crazy about the eq .I feel like I am always messing with it and the bass and treble knobs to get the sound to my likeing .I still dont have it right Any advice I would appreciate it

I use the product in a den. I love the sound and the reception. The dials are clearly laid out and intuitive. I do not like that it receives blutooth but cannot transmit in blutooth. That means my blutooth headphones cannot be used with this unit. That is a big time bummer. It does connect easily with my iphone however.

After detailed research online and after reading a lot of reviews I decided to give a shot to the Yamaha 4920 UBL theater system in the box. I am using it with my LG 65" 4k smart TV. So far I don't have any complaints, it exceeded my expectations. It works great with everyday use, either while watching the movies or playing the music. The sound is crisp, bass is strong enough and various sound settings can bring up to life dialogues from the movies which was very difficult to hear before with internal TV speakers only. I am still learning about all the features and so far very satisfied with my purchase. Strongly recommend!

My wife and I use this with a Home Theater surround sound in a box. It really sounds great. I can't get over the base that comes out of these little speakers.

We are very happy with the purchase. This receiver is very easy to use and has the right number of features for most users. The only con I see is that it switches directly to Bluetooth if a previously paired device is detected but I cannot complain for the price.

we have it set up with Sony and Samsung Tv, Blu ray player, x box and an old vhs/dvd player. multiple sound experiences for music, sports, games and HD movies and TV. We like it very much. Wish viewing area was larger. Not huge so it places well. recommend it.

I can echo some of the "Most Liked Positive Review" where my Yamaha replaces an older (20 years older in my case) high end, still functioning flawlessly receiver. The reasons are much the same, an update to HDMI pass through and all the advantages that go with it. Those have been well described elsewhere, and I merely want to affirm they are true for me. I also chose it for its Bluetooth connectivity. I was more than happy to discover how user friendly and automatic that feature has been. Bluetooth hasn't always been that way for me. But this system pairs every time, flawlessly. I am able to control my music with my laptop from anywhere I want to be in my house. That's some real improvement in that area for me, and exactly what I had hoped for in making the purchase. I have no complaints with the sound quality this receiver produces through my speakers.

I wish all the sound connectors were banana plugs instead of some banana plugs and some spring clips. When it is in a confined space like a cabinet shelf, the banana plugs are easy to use, the spring clips hard.

I was VERY pleased with the ease setup and the quality of the audio. I use it with a new 4K TV and couldn't be happier. I would have had to spend a LOT more money to get better performance.

This is my first receiver and does everything I need at the moment. I have a 2.0 system and the receiver handles the speakers, TV with OTA antenna, Roku 3 and old DVD player. I knew this receiver doesn't have built-in WiFi so I also purchased a Chromecast Audio to connect to the auxiliary port. It works great and is simple to use.

for the price this blows away the comp. I own higher end equipment and this holds its own with it. so way spend all the money on higher end stuff when you get all that with this one. only wish I knew this before I bought the other. would have save lots of money. yes I would tell anybody to buy this..

Setup was a breeze, and I could not be more pleased with the sound quality. This unit replaced a Harmon Kardon unit that unfortunately I had to change due to my changing my television.
