Zacuto ACT Recoil Rig for FUJIFILM X-T3 Camera

The ACT Fuji X-T3 Recoil Rig is an Arca-Swiss compatible shoulder rig with a lightweight camera cage. Designed specifically for the Fuji X-T3 camera, this rig is balanced, easy to customize, and perfect for all-day filming.

An ACT Recoil rig is designed for optimal balance and comfort when shoulder mounted and is easily configured to accommodate various shooting styles- tripod, cage, handheld, run'n'gun, low mode, and many more!

- Fuji X-T3 Cage -
The Fuji X-T3 Cage is our "no-cage" cage - lightweight and compact, and compatible with Zacuto's own Arca Swiss- The 'ACT Recoil'. It packs in a ton of features! The Cage screws into the bottom of the camera with a provided 1/4 20 screw. It also attaches to the sides of the camera, using the Fuji eyelets neck strap connection with provided screws. It includes a Zacuto camera hand strap for a secure and comfortable grip on the camera. The cage ends at the eyelet neck strap connection, allowing you to use the camera's built-in handgrip, keeping the cage small and light and have easy access to all camera controls.

The top of the cage includes numerous 1/4 20 for mounting accessories. It also has a built-in Z-Rail for mounting an optional top handle or other accessories. The bottom of the cage has 2 1/4" 20 threads and a 3/8" 16 thread for a tripod plate and a built-in Arca Swiss compatible plate to mount to any Arca Swiss compatible quick release mounting base or Zacuto's own ACT Mounting Plate. This allows you to move quickly from handheld, to shoulder mount, to tripod shooting. If you'd like to add rods onto your cage, you can slide the cage into our ACT Baseplate and from there you can also build a shoulder rig.

Optional Hand Grips:
Tactical Handle- Top or Side Handle- Our most versatile handle! With the turn of one ratcheting lever, this handle can be a top handle, left hand grip, or right hand grip- use it where you need it for your shooting style. The slim design fits comfortably in your hand. Along the top is a Z-Rail (NATO rail), giving you multiple 1/4 20 screw holes for mounting accessories like an Atomos Recorder or small monitor with our Universal Monitor Mount. It also has a coldshoe mount and 15mm rod port for mounting additional accessories like one of our Axis Mini or Axis Micro, EVF Mounts.

The Zarn, inspired by filmmaker Clinton Harn, is a railed mounted wood ball-shaped handgrip. It slides onto any Z-Rail, or any compatible rail. It was designed to be mounted on the side of our mirrorless cages but can mount on any cage with rails. The ball shape grip allows for smooth camera movement in the palm of your hand and is best utilized with a "ball and socket" technique.

- ACT Baseplate -
The ACT Baseplate is an Arca-Swiss compatible baseplate. It is designed to work with all Mirrorless and DSLR cameras. It has a built-in curved shoulder pad and 15mm lightweight spaced quick-release rod ports both front and back for matte boxes, follow focus, lens supports, and other accessories.

The top (camera plate) and bottom (tripod mount) of the baseplate are Arca-Swiss compatible for easy transitions between shooting styles. Add on our ACT mounting plate to your tripod to be able to quickly lock down your shoulder rig or cage rig. The bottom of the ACT Baseplate also has 1/4 20 and 3/8 16 screw holes for direct connection to tripod quick release plates.

The red sliding top camera plate offers easy adjustability for different lens options to get your rig balanced properly for shoulder mount shooting. Our Mirrorless and DSLR cages can also mount directly into the top of the ACT baseplate, without the use of the red camera plate while offering the same features.

This is the perfect accessory for our ACT Recoil Shoulder Rig or a Zacuto DSLM or DSLM Cage; quickly slide it on any Z-Rail (NATO rail) and lock it down with the turn of a lever. Quick to adjust on the go.

- Axis Micro -
The Axis Micro EVF Mount is a simple and efficient way to add a wider range of adjustment to rosette mounted EVFs or small monitors. Designed to attach to the top of your camera set up, it leaves plenty of room at the lens for focusing and will work with the widest of lenses. The Axis Micro has extensive articulation for use with a variety of cameras, both shoulder mounted in a Recoil configuration or in tripod operating position. It is very small and quick to install and remove.

The Axis Micro attaches to your rig via a required 15mm rod port at the top of a kit positioned perpendicular to your camera lens, see recommended accessories. Slide the Axis Micro into the 15mm rod port and clamp into place. The Axis Micro attaches to the EVF via a secure 1/4" 20 rosette mount.

- Right-Hand Wood Trigger Grip -
This is our 15mm rod based wooden handgrip designed for your right hand, click here for left hand model. It attaches to any standard 15mm rod, giving you a sleek, comfortable, solid hand grip on your rig. Our trigger grips are the most adjustable grips available. They allow for single-handed 360 Degree rotation with the simple press of a trigger, allowing you to get it in the right position for your shooting style. And you can quickly flip it up to set your camera flat on the ground or for storing in a bag or case.

- ACT EVF Pro -
The ACT EVF Pro is a 3.5" LED back-lit HDMI electronic viewfinder. It has a flip up eyepiece with our well known anti-fog optics, so it can be used as a small monitor or an EVF. It has a 1.8x magnification lens system and includes a +1 and +2 drop in diopter.

The ACT EVF resolution is 800 x 480, and supports input resolutions up to 1920 x 1080. It has an HDMI input with loop-through HDMI output with the ability to daisy chain live displays. It has a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack for audio monitoring.

It is self powered with an LP-E6 battery making it the perfect accessory for DSLM or DSLR shoulder rigs!It has plenty of mounting options with a 1/4 20 thread on the top, bottom and sides as well as the fluid 1/4 20 rosette AKA "saucy joint". It pairs nicely with our Axis Micro or Axis Curve depending on your camera and shooting style.
