I have at least 4-5 sets of these. I have them on all my cameras, as often I shoot with 2-3 cameras at a time. That way we can move between sticks, shoulder rigs, sliders, and gimbals.
The reason I started using these is that I use follow focus gears on my rigs, and the only way to mount and unmount the camera is going up and down. So these are perfect. Easy to load in and out. Super solid and strong, I feel way safer with this than anything else.
