Love the detachable case
I have purchased a number of items from Zagg and have been pleased with their quality. This case is different because the keyboard can easily detach from the ipad. Great feature. The only problem is that there is no charger cord and I had to call Zagg to find out how to charge it.

Perfect keyboard case
This is the 3rd case like this I've purchased for new IPads. It works great, keeps the Ipad secure and holds and charges my Apple Pencil. I love it and have no complaints or suggests for improvement.

Happy I bought it
Works well, especially for the price. A bit heavy, but will substantially extend the life of my iPad. Really wanted the lighted keyboard.

Works great with my apps.
It works perfectly with my Citrix Workspace app. I love going back and forth between touch screen and keyboard. Very handy to be able to easily pull just the tablet out, especially since this thing is pretty heavy.

Pro Keyboard for Apple
This keyboard is perfect. I highly recommend it and would purchase again. My previous keyboard was highly recommended and lasted less than 2 years. (Different brand). Thank you Zagg.

not excited about this one
the keyboard is what I wanted, but the case is different, and I've had to argue with help staff about the size of my ipad. He says the numbers indicate one thing, I say the ruler indicates the reality. I'm using a past case with the new keyboard since the old keyboard (same exact Zagg) died 2 weeks prior to the end of the year warrenty. Gonna have to find a different keyboard?

The Bluetooth gets disconnected at
The Bluetooth gets disconnected at times and takes a moment to reconnect; so this is not as seamless an experience as with the Apple keyboard. Also experiencing an odd bug where the arrow keys don't work in MS OneNote (but work in every other app). Otherwise, keyboard is good quality and moderately priced for what it is. Also like the case protection.

Excellent Quality at a Fair Price
ZAGG has a well earned reputation for the products they endorse, partner with or make and sell themselves. This Keyboard/Case is no exception. Build quality is excellent, magnets are strong, easy to use and keyboard feels pretty good . Safe purchase with a warranty that's 2nd to none.

Arrived broken, poor customer support
This keyboard/case arrived with the "H" key not working. (If I tapped it really hard it worked sometimes, but not reliably; I even had someone else try it to be sure it wasn't me.)
I emailed for help and was told to go through multiple steps (downloading firmware update, etc.) - still no elp (which would be "help" if the "H" key worked), and I was not appy (see above). After some further back and forth they agreed to replace it, but at that point I wanted to return it. For that, they made me pay postage.
Bottom line: $10 postage to return a device that arrived broken.

The Zagg Team is Amazing!
In the beginning I was supposed to have received the keyboard/w trackpad and did not, but received the keyboard without.
I will get that resolved because I have a lot of confidence in Zagg doing the right thing(s) for their customers.

it works as advertised which is why I gave it four stars. The only minor thing I would address is if it tilts too far backwards when using with the keyboard, the magnets won't keep it from disengaging from the keyboard. The overall weight is a little more than I would like, but certainly not a deal breaker. For the money, I would certainly recommend it.

I purchased the Pro Keys Keyboard & Case to pair with my new apple ipad pro 11-inch and couldn't be happier!
I am constantly in and out of clients homes completing documents and performing demonstrations. The case allows me to do it all.

Rugged Replacement
I have been a fan of the Rugged Book for some time but my last one had the hinge malfunction at 13 months use, just outside of the warranty. There was no availability for Rugged Book so I decided to try the Pro Keys model. Keyboard works better as it doesn't need to wake up like it did with teh Rugged Book. But it will not work unless the iPad is positioned in one of the two grooves. I do miss the ability to fold the iPad at any angle but this seems to be only a minor annoyance. Overall, a solid product from Zagg.

I received order shipping confirmation on August 15. I was told by email today it would arrive September 15 - from Chino, CA where it is today???? Two weeks to get to Chino, 2 more weeks to get to Honolulu???? Something is wrong here. Richard

Key board disconnects and won't
Key board disconnects and won't reconnect sometimes. Have to go to settings and reconnect several times in an hour or two. The delivery time that was said at time of order took several days longer. Never had connection problems with my previous case and keyboard. But the stand kept breaking. Thought I was making a good decision on this one but maybe should have done the other model I was looking at.

Amazingly functional Zagg
A bullet proof case with a responsive keyboard. Mates quickly with device. Wish I had known about Zagg years ago. Liked mine so much I purchased one for my wife. Can not recommend highly enough for work or casual use!

Very frustrating
When I can get it to work it is wonderful! However the instructions are vague. Had to depend in Youtube to work it. No charger included. Battery ran out within a few days. Bulky and not what I expected!
